It's a party on a spin bike, complete with a music activated disco ball! Join me for a high intensity 45-minute ride to all your favorite hip hop music from the 90's to today. Improve your aerobic endurance and push your anaerobic threshold to the max through various sprinting, climbing and jogging intervals. Bring a towel and plenty of water; you're gonna need it!
