*FREE CLASS* Sculpt and Strike
It’s time to get toned and kick your cardio workout up a notch! This class will work on muscle endurance with the use of free weights and controlled weight bearing moves to sculpt those muscles and then jump into high energy cardio sequences using a weighted strike bar. The strike bars are incorporated into martial arts, kickboxing, and high intensity cardio formats getting that heart rate up to burn maximum calories while continuing to sculpt the shoulders, back and core all at the same time!
