Join Theresa weekdays at 5 or 6 a.m. for a variety of formats, or schedule a time for Rope Training, Buddy/Small Group Training or Personal Training. She is ready to help you reach your fitness goals.
Check out this cardio/resistance training class! We will explore low impact cardio while strengthening our core, large muscles and small muscles with little or NO equipment! This class is especially great for beginners or those who have not worked out for some time but all fitness levels are welcome!
