Build lean muscle and increase your strength in this circuit training class focused on strength drills. Rotate through stations of strength to work opposing muscle groups such as triceps/biceps, abs/back and hamstrings/quads. Class includes segments of cardio in between rounds of strength stations to drive the heart rate up, burn fat and increase both strength and endurance. Each strength circuit class is different and all fitness levels are welcome.
This interval class format will challenge beginners, so be sure to drink plenty of water and take breaks often!
