Spin Intervals and Abs


This class is taught by:
30-35 minutes of spin and 10-15 minutes of abdominal work and stretching! Enter the world of indoor cycling and more! Climb hills, go for speed and develop muscular strength and power in your legs. Improve your aerobic endurance and push & pull your anaerobic threshold through speed and/or strength intervals.
