Theresa Eicher is a mother of 7 who realizes that the key to a healthy, stress-reduced lifestyle is a great workout or personal training session. Join Theresa weekdays at 5 or 6 a.m. for a variety of formats, or schedule a time for Rope Training, Buddy/Small Group Training or Personal Training. She is ready to help you reach your fitness goals.

  • Strength by the Minute
  • Challenge yourself to stay ahead of the clock! Every muscle group will be worked to the max!

  • 50/50
  • Get it ALL done in 55 minutes! 30 minutes of Cardio and 30 mintutes of strength! Great music and a great workout!

  • COMBAT ZONE
  • This boxing workout sculpts your body and shreds calories. Challenge every single muscle to the max. You will be lead through explosive boxing rounds working your entire body on our weighted boxing bags.

    All levels welcome. Intensity encouraged.


    Each client will need boxing gloves. Gloves and wraps at inFIT are $25!! Stop in to purchase or contact info@inFIT.org reserve yours. inFIT does have a few gloves for clients to use, first come, first serve basis.

     


  • Ripped Up!
  • Upper body exercises, including abdominals! Ripped Up  is the perfect class to sculpt your upper body. 
     
    Ask the instructor to help you select your weights if you are new to class. 

  • Butts and Guts
  • This class is a total body conditioning class that incorporates proper breathing, stretching between every exercise and a final relaxation at the end of class with a focus on the power house of the body...THE CORE!
     
    This class is perfect for beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts as you can set your pace and resistance!

     


  • Cardio Circuit
  • Condition your heart and burn calories in this cardio training class focused on cardio drills. Rotate through stations of cardio using various equipment such as the BOSU, stability ball, step and your own body movements. Each cardio circuit class is different; you'll be sure to get a great cardio workout. All fitness levels welcome!

  • Boxing Fusion
  • Boxing fusion incorporates kickboxing moves, cardio drills and strength training in an interval format sure to challenge every fitness level.

  • Les Mills BODYPUMP
  • BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 55-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new BODYPUMP™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

  • Kickbox & Strength
  • This kickboxing workout will challenge you with a full-body workout that incorporates kickboxing combinations and strength training. It will take your kickboxing routine to the next level! With the use of weights and your own body weight, this class will push you to build and tone muscle; burn calories and strengthen the core.

  • The Spartacus Workout
  • "A combination of strength and endurance" 10 exercises - 40 sec on - 20 sec off - 3 total sets + tough core at the end

    To create the Spartacus Workout, we chose 10 exercises that collectively work every part of your body. Then we made each exercise a 60-second station so you can challenge your heart and lungs as well as your muscles. The final product is a high-intensity circuit designed to torch fat, define your chest, abs, and arms, and send your fitness level soaring. You'll sculpt a lean, athletic-looking body—and be in the best shape of your life.

    This high-intensity interval class format will challenge beginners, so be sure to drink plenty of water and take breaks often!


  • 3-2-1 Blast and Tone
  • This class gives you maximum calorie burn while toning muscles. There will be 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of strength, and 1 minute of abs that is repeated for a tremendous workout.
     
    This interval class format will challenge beginners, so be sure to drink plenty of water and take breaks often!

  • HALLOWEEN Bodyweight Bootcamp

  • Kickboxing
  • Develop new skills and a strong core in our kickboxing class. Easy-to-follow combinations of upper-body punches, lower-body kicks, blocks and athletic drills make up this energy-packed cardio workout.
     
    This high-intensity cardio class format will challenge beginners, so be sure to drink plenty of water and take breaks often!

  • Tone & Tighten
  • Join us to tone and tighten those stubborn areas (thighs, butt and abs). We will use a variety of bands, weights, and balls to tone and tighten our major muscle groups while building endurance. If you are ready to build and maintain long and lean muscles, this class is for you!
     
    This class is perfect for beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts as you can set your pace and resistance!
     
     

  • TABATA Strength
  • TABATA is A high-intensity class of intermittent exercises. Tabata is specific interval training with maximum repetitions for 20 seconds, and resting for 10 seconds - for a total of 8 cycles, lasting 4 minutes per exercise. This class is great to break through stubborn plateaus and bring your fitness to a whole new level! THIS FORMAT WILL BE STRICTLY STRENGTH FOCUSED.
     
    This high-intensity interval class format will challenge beginners, so be sure to drink plenty of water and take breaks often!

  • TABATA
  • TABATA is a high-intensity class of intermittent exercises. Tabata is specific interval training with maximum repetitions for 20 seconds, and resting for 10 seconds - for a total of 10 cycles, lasting 4 minutes per exercise. This class is great to break through stubborn plateaus and bring your fitness to a whole new level!
