  • Strength Circuit
  • Build lean muscle and increase your strength in this circuit training class focused on strength drills. Rotate through stations of strength to work opposing muscle groups such as triceps/biceps, abs/back and hamstrings/quads. Class includes segments of cardio in between rounds of strength stations to drive the heart rate up, burn fat and increase both strength and endurance. Each strength circuit class is different and all fitness levels are welcome. 
     
    This interval class format will challenge beginners, so be sure to drink plenty of water and take breaks often!

  • 3-2-1 Blast and Tone
  • This class gives you maximum calorie burn while toning muscles. There will be 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of strength, and 1 minute of abs that is repeated for a tremendous workout.
     
    This interval class format will challenge beginners, so be sure to drink plenty of water and take breaks often!

  • TABATA Strength
  • TABATA is A high-intensity class of intermittent exercises. Tabata is specific interval training with maximum repetitions for 20 seconds, and resting for 10 seconds - for a total of 8 cycles, lasting 4 minutes per exercise. This class is great to break through stubborn plateaus and bring your fitness to a whole new level! THIS FORMAT WILL BE STRICTLY STRENGTH FOCUSED.

  • The Spartacus Workout
  • "A combination of strength and endurance" 10 exercises - 40 sec on - 20 sec off - 3 total sets + tough core at the end

    To create the Spartacus Workout, we chose 10 exercises that collectively work every part of your body. Then we made each exercise a 60-second station so you can challenge your heart and lungs as well as your muscles. The final product is a high-intensity circuit designed to torch fat, define your chest, abs, and arms, and send your fitness level soaring. You'll sculpt a lean, athletic-looking body—and be in the best shape of your life.

  • Ripped Up!
  • Upper body exercises, including abdominals! Ripped Up Express is the perfect class to sculpt your upper body. 
     
    Ask the instructor to help you select your weights if you are new to class. 

  • Butts and Guts
  • This class is a total body conditioning class that incorporates proper breathing, stretching between every exercise and a final relaxation at the end of class with a focus on the power house of the body...THE CORE!
     
    This class is perfect for beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts as you can set your pace and resistance!

     


  • H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training)
  • High-intensity interval training is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is an efficient use of time, combining Tabata, Plyometric, Bootcamp, and Cardio Mix formats providing a heart-strengthening, fat-burning work out.

  • TABATA

  • Strike

  • 50/50
  • Get it ALL done in 55 minutes! 30 minutes of Cardio and 30 mintutes of strength! Great music and a great workout!

  • Cardio to the Core
  • This class promises 30 minutes of heart pumping cardio, followed by 20 minutes of intense core work. A great way to burn some calories and strengthen your core all in one class!

  • Boxing Fusion
  • Boxing fusion incorporates kickboxing moves, cardio drills and strength training in an interval format sure to challenge every fitness level.

  • Body Weight Bootcamp
  • Body Weight Bootcamp will challenge the cardio and strength of participants, using your own bodyweight instead of equipment.

  • Cardio Countdown
  • This descending ladder style cardio workout done either whole group or circuit style is sure to get an ascending calorie burn.

  • Kickbox & Strength
  • This kickboxing workout will challenge you with a full-body workout that incorporates kickboxing combinations and strength training. It will take your kickboxing routine to the next level! With the use of weights and your own body weight, this class will push you to build and tone muscle; burn calories and strengthen the core.
