  • TABATA
  • TABATA is a high-intensity class of intermittent exercises. Tabata is specific interval training with maximum repetitions for 20 seconds, and resting for 10 seconds - for a total of 10 cycles, lasting 4 minutes per exercise. This class is great to break through stubborn plateaus and bring your fitness to a whole new level!

  • Butts and Guts
  • This class is a total body conditioning class that incorporates proper breathing, stretching between every exercise and a final relaxation at the end of class with a focus on the power house of the body...THE CORE!
     
    This class is perfect for beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts as you can set your pace and resistance!

     


  • Group Strength
  • Learn how to effectively strengthen your entire body with minimal equipment. This is a strength training class that will sculpt and tone all of your muscles.

  • Cardio Mix
  • Combine kickboxing, step, BOSU, athletic drills, high-impact moves and dynamic moves and you have one high-energy cardio workout. Add some fun, motivating music and you have....Cardio Mix!
     
     

  • TABATA Strength
  • TABATA is A high-intensity class of intermittent exercises. Tabata is specific interval training with maximum repetitions for 20 seconds, and resting for 10 seconds - for a total of 8 cycles, lasting 4 minutes per exercise. This class is great to break through stubborn plateaus and bring your fitness to a whole new level! THIS FORMAT WILL BE STRICTLY STRENGTH FOCUSED.
     
    This high-intensity interval class format will challenge beginners, so be sure to drink plenty of water and take breaks often!

  • Ripped Up!
  • Upper body exercises, including abdominals! Ripped Up Express is the perfect class to sculpt your upper body. 
     
    Ask the instructor to help you select your weights if you are new to class. 

  • Strike
  • This kickboxing-inspired workout will challenge you with a full-body interval workout that incorporates traditional kickboxing combinations done with a weighted bar, controlled weight-bearing movements and athletic drills. It will take your kickboxing routine to the next level!

  • KickButt
  • This class combines 30 minutes of punches and kicks from traditional kickboxing and 20 minutes of the total body conditioning class that focuses on the powerhouse of your body....the core! Kickboxing plus Butts and Guts = KickButt!
     
    The combination of cardio and core strength makes this a great class for beginners!
