This class combines 30 minutes of punches and kicks from traditional kickboxing and 20 minutes of the total body conditioning class that focuses on the powerhouse of your body....the core! Kickboxing plus Butts and Guts = KickButt!
The combination of cardio and core strength makes this a great class for beginners!
TABATA is A high-intensity class of intermittent exercises. Tabata is specific interval training with maximum repetitions for 20 seconds, and resting for 10 seconds - for a total of 8 cycles, lasting 4 minutes per exercise. This class is great to break through stubborn plateaus and bring your fitness to a whole new level! THIS FORMAT WILL BE STRICTLY STRENGTH FOCUSED.
This high-intensity interval class format will challenge beginners, so be sure to drink plenty of water and take breaks often!
