inFIT Group Training programs are designed for those individuals age 18 and up, looking to advance their fitness abilities to the next level. inFIT's professional trainers have extensive backgrounds providing them with the knowledge on how to push your body to its limit. By implementing technical and skill-based training application, their mission is to optimize each member's performance, ensuring that they're physically, mentally and emotionally prepared for career success.
inFIT training also offers elite small group training programs designed for those that need that extra challenge. These groups are generally invite only but if you feel qualified contact inFIT and ask for more details.

are not workout/body part specific and welcome all members (group size
