inFIT's Personal Training are specifically designed to the member's personal fitness and lifestyle goals. We offer anything from beginner sessions to learn form, fundamentals and gaining confidence in the gym to elite athlete-based programs working on speed, strength and explosiveness. Our professional trainers will customize your workout programs, provide nutritional help and administer a body composition analysis.
While inFIT Personal Training programs are designed to strengthen a member's fitness, it also focuses on increasing their overall mental, and emotional strength. Throughout these programs members will have access to:
