Getting Started
Orientation
Your first session will include an orientation with a staff member to help you make the most of your infrared sauna experience. Book your first session during office hours to complete the orientation, it will only take a few minutes. Please request a time at least 24-hours in advance.

Monday-Thursday 9am-1pm and 3pm-7pm
Friday 9am-1pm
How to Book the Sauna
You can book your sauna sessions using our mobile app or booking website to reserve the sauna room.
Please request a time at least 24-hours in advance. Choose either a 30 minute or 1 hour time slot to give yourself time to change clothes, preheat and run your sauna session.
Using the Sauna
The sauna takes up to 30 minutes to preheat. You can run a sauna session for up to 40 minutes, but we recommend beginners start with 15 minutes to get acclimated. Towels are provided. Two people are welcome to be in the sauna at the same time, given they have both had the orientation.
