What do you enjoy most about teaching?
Helping others find the inspiration and motivation to get OUT of their comfort zone to be the healthiest and strongest version of themselves they can be!

Why do you work out?

Working out makes me feel my best, and be my best. I love the dripping sweat from a heated yoga class, the muscle fatigue during strength training, and the runner’s high after a long or challenging run. But for me – what makes these activities most meaningful and enjoyable are the people I do them with – and the friendships that have manifested along the way.

What’ll we hear you say to encourage us during class?

“The pain is only temporary…THIS is where change happens.”

Do you have a special skill or talent people may not know about?
I was an accomplished pianist in high school and college, playing in restaurants and for weddings.

What are three things on your bucket list?

  1. Hike the Swiss Alps
  2. Go on an “active” African safari (biking)
  3. Do a multi-adventure trip in Alaska’s Kenai
