What do you enjoy most about teaching & training?
I love being with like-minded people all striving to better their physical and mental health. The clients always bring good energy and build each other up. inFIT is made up of a wonderful community of people and I am so thankful they are in my life.

What can we expect to hear on your playlist?

A mix ranging from 80’s to today music

Why do you work out?

I workout for many reasons. First and foremost I love working out, it’s fun for me. I am fortunate I love to be active. I also want to take care of my body and stay healthy so I can watch my family grow. The one thing many people take for granted is their health and I want to maintain mine for as long as possible.

What’ll we hear you say to encourage us?

“You can do anything for 15 seconds!”
