Why do you work out?
I began my fitness journey because I was overweight and severely insulin resistant. I also suffered with disordered eating. Living a healthy lifestyle now is something I am so grateful I get to do. Each workout or class is my time to just show up for myself and really focus on my own journey. The “showing up for myself” in turn helps me be a much better wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, and friend!
