Group Training 

 

Unique to inFIT is our group training component. Similar to Group Exercise, but your peers are more of your fitness level and ability. During these 8 week sessions you'll experience everything from ropes, TRX, SYNRGY, bodyweight, barbell, dumbbell, cardio and more.
