Small group training is about so much more than just getting fit. In these fun sessions, friendships are formed, confidence is improved, and bodies and minds get stronger and healthier together. If you have a group of friends ready to train, contact us and we’ll connect you with a trainer to get started. We also have established groups that you can jump in and join.

    Small group training is fun. And it also provides an extra layer of accountability from the trainer and group members.

    Personal trainers Amy, Ashley, Brittany, and Jessie incorporate practical nutrition coaching into the small group training for optimal success.

  • Fit Check

    Fitchecks provide you with an in depth look at body composition, tracking, and graphs to keep track of your progress and results.
