Why do you work out?

I LOVE TO MOVE. Especially with my 3 kids. I like to hike, swim, bike, kayak, play volleyball, play in the sand, play in the snow. I like to play and move. Fitness is just a means to those ends.

What’ll we hear you say to encourage us?

“Abs tight, glutes tighter!”

Do you have a special skill or talent people may not know about?
I am an avid bow hunter.

What are three things on your bucket list?

  1. Hiking the Grand Canyon rim to rim
  2. Another trip to Africa, teaching English and soccer to kids
  3. Self Actualization
