When did you begin teaching at inFIT?

What do you enjoy most about teaching & coaching?
I resonate so much with those who have tried everything and not been able to get results. I’m dedicated and willing to come alongside those who are ready to make the changes necessary for lasting progress. There is nothing better than watching a person find permanent peace with who they are—mind, body and soul.

What can we expect to hear on your playlist?

Variety! I love everything from Latin dance to 90’s country… And of course no cooldown is complete without some Whitney!

Why do you work out?

After having kids, I started working out regularly to help ease anxiety. Now I workout because I love it! In my opinion, the best activity is the one you get excited about doing. I love walks in nature and resistance training to build strength, so that’s what I do!

What’s a coaching quote/mantra you love?

“Small steps lead to big changes.”

Do you have a special skill or talent people may not know about?
I love to write! I have a big dream to write a book one day when my kids are old enough for me to have my own hobbies!

What are three things on your bucket list?

  1. Learn a second language
