Why do you work out?

I work out because I love to push myself & see what I’m truly capable of. I’m currently in the early stages of training for a physique competition & hoping to get on stage within the next year. I love being able to set a good example for my two children Oscar & Penny.

Do you have a special skill or talent people may not know about?
I love to sew! I used to have a Etsy shop selling baby mobiles. I still love to make them when I have time.

What are three things on your bucket list?

  1. To go after all my dreams & goals
  2. I want to live life with no regrets or “what ifs”
  3. Be the best wife & mother I know how to be
