Sweat with inFIT! We offer a variety of fitness classes for everyone! inFIT fitness classes are open to the public and will leave you feeling re-energized and strong. Not only are they a great workout opportunity, but also to meet some pretty great people. Set goals and get results - all fitness levels are welcome at inFIT.  






A high intensity, low impact workout that mixes elements of dance, yoga and functional training. Start with a Barre workout to target specific muscles in your arms, thighs, glutes and abs and finish with the lengthening movements to stretch and recover. You'll leave class feeling the burn!



Butts + Guts


Train and tighten all regions of the lower body and core with this toning class. Workout will focus on abs, glutes, legs, and lower back. Preparing you for summer to be looking better than ever! 





Heart pumping exercises that promise to get your heart pumping and body sweating. Burn calories fast in this intense workout that will work all parts of your body. 





Combine martial arts techniques with cardio and strength intervals. A high-energy class to challenge both the beginner and elite athletes alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle. 





Indoor cycling at its finest. Climb hills, speed intervals and develop muscular strength and condition in your legs. Great for beginners, and well condition athletes! Spin will let each individual go at his/her pace.





Build lean muscle and increase your power in this circuit training class. Rotate through stations of strength-based exercise to work all muscle for a total body workout. 





Focus on your physical health and mental well-being with yoga. Use bodily postures, breathing techniques, and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

Zumba ®


Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance/fitness class that incorporate Latin and other international dance music & movements. The easy-to-follow dance movements combine fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body, while providing a cardiovascular workout.
