3-2-1 gives you maximum calorie burn while toning muscles. There will be 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of strength, and 1 minute of abs that is repeated for a tremendous workout. This interval class format will challenge beginners, so be sure to drink plenty of water and take breaks often!
A 45 minute boxing class working your entire body on our weighted boxing bags (25 mins), with time for body sculpting moves (20 mins). A variety of bands, weights, and balls may be used to tone and tighten our major muscle groups while building endurance. Build and maintain long and lean muscles. All levels welcome. Intensity encouraged.
Butts & Guts is a total body conditioning class that incorporates proper breathing and stretching between every exercise and a final relaxation at the end of class with a focus on the power house of the body…THE CORE! This class is perfect for beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts as you can set your pace and resistance!
Come get your fight on! Throw your strength into weighted boxing bags, grab dumbbells for strength training intervals- the whole time your heart rate will be up and your lungs and muscles will be fighting to keep up. Hard. Fun. Whole body fitness in less than an hour. All levels welcome. Intensity encouraged.
Let’s lift together using the BRAND NEW Technogym equipment at inFIT24! This class incorporates cardio AND strength equipment, getting a full body workout in just 45 minutes. Treadmills, ellipticals, yes, even the stair climber, rower and bikes may be utilized. Strength pieces such as leg press, bench press, shoulder press, cables, and pulleys may be utilized for sculpting your entire body.
It’s a party on a spin bike, complete with a music activated disco ball! Join Janelle for a high intensity 45-minute ride to all your favorite hip hop music from the 90’s to today. Improve your aerobic endurance and push your anaerobic threshold to the max through various sprinting, climbing and jogging intervals. Bring a towel and plenty of water; you’re gonna need it!
This kickboxing workout will challenge you with a full-body workout that incorporates kickboxing combinations and strength training. It will take your kickboxing routine to the next level! With the use of weights and your own body weight, this class will push you to build and tone muscle; burn calories and strengthen the core.
PiYo® is a hybrid, athletic workout inspired by the mind/body practices of yoga and pilates, as well as the principles of sports stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement! It includes modifications for all levels of fitness. If you are looking to increase your strength, flexibility, and balance and reduce stress-then this class is for you!
SHiNE Dance Fitness™ brings original routines to life using hit music and choreography for all-abilities. Rooted in jazz, ballet, and hip-hop, this workout gives you a creative outlet to escape from daily stress. Enter the world of indoor cycling! Climb hills, go for speed and develop muscular strength and power in your legs. Improve your aerobic endurance and push & pull your anaerobic threshold through speed and/or strength intervals. This class is great for beginners, but remember, you’re on a bike for 45 minutes, it’s normal for your seat to be sore during or after class. Give spin 3-5 classes before you decide –it may just turn out to be your favorite!
TABATA is A high-intensity class of intermittent exercises. Tabata is specific interval training with maximum repetitions for 20 seconds, and resting for 10 seconds – for a total of 8 cycles, lasting 4 minutes per exercise. This class is great to break through stubborn plateaus and bring your fitness to a whole new level! THIS FORMAT WILL BE STRICTLY STRENGTH FOCUSED. This high-intensity interval class format will challenge beginners, so be sure to drink plenty of water and take breaks often!
Tone and tighten those stubborn areas (thighs, butt and abs) of your strong body. We will use a variety of bands, weights, and balls to tone and tighten our major muscle groups while building endurance. If you are ready to build and maintain long and lean muscles, this class is for you! This class is perfect for beginners and advanced fitness enthusiasts as you can set your pace and resistance.
