Youth Fitness Training (YFT)

The same great inFIT group exercise classes you know and love, optimized for youth, ages 9 and up! YFT classes are designed to expose students to a variety of workout formats and encourage them to enjoy fitness games, sports, and exercise at a young age. Athletes and non-athletes alike will benefit from training to improve their strength, cardio, speed, agility and flexibility.


YFT Classes are 45 minutes long and lead by inFIT certified group exercise instructors. YFT classes include:

  • Spin
  • Yoga
  • Kickboxing
  • HIIT
  • Turf Circuits
  • Group Strength
  • 50/50 (Cardio + Strength)
  • Kettlebells
  • TRX

YFT Class Schedule

Mondays & Thursdays 10am OR 4:30p 

Starts June 10th – July 25th

**NEW** for ages 5-8 years old Mondays 10am

*Contact us if your child(ren) are only able to attend one day/week


Adaptive Fitness Class

This inclusive YFT class will be fun and engaging for kids ages 8-16 who may struggle to fit in a mainstream fitness class. The point of this class is to have an opportunity for kids to move their bodies and get exercise. The class will have modified age appropriate moves. All kids are welcome to attend and parents are welcome to stay if your child needs assistance. Scholarships available, please email for more information.
