Homeschool fitness program for ages 5-14

Our goal is to encourage your kids to LOVE fitness from an early age! We do games, activities, strength training and sports that are FUN and educational.

We offer sessions in the fall, winter, and spring. Class times are perfect to give your student time to get the core work done early–then get moving in the middle of the day! We separate students into two age groups, ages 5-8 and ages 9-14.

Tuesdays 10am (Ages 5-8) with certified instructor Jessie Albers

Tuesdays 10am (ages 9-14) with certified instructor Brittany Giles
