Youth & Team Training at inFIT provides a fun atmosphere where student athletes work with our nationally-accredited personal trainers to experience workouts customized to their sport. We have worked with a variety of youth athletes from a variety of sports including swimming, baseball, basketball, hockey, volleyball, soccer, and track.
Youth & Team Training isn’t just about physical exertion; it’s a holistic approach addressing form, confidence building, team cohesion, skill acquisition, and fundamental athletic nutrition. Athletes will enjoy and benefit from our wide array of equipment, ample turf space, and structured athlete-oriented guidance.
inFIT welcomes participants from ages 9 to 18, regardless of ability or competitive level. Sessions combine elements of strength training, agility drills, plyometrics, footwork, and core exercises within a vibrant, engaging atmosphere. Workouts span 45 minutes to an hour, occurring across 4 to 8 sessions.
